I have 7 cards and pay all online except this one, because your technical team needs to learn how to make your site user friendly. It is confusing. I could not figure out how to set up payment and will be cancelling this card as soon as possible.

I called about a credit card concern and I got a person from India. I do not want to talk to a person in India, I want to speak to an American. I made this request and was told I could not be transferred and if I wanted to speak to anyone it had to be this person. I don't want to speak to someone in an outscourced country but one in which I live and where I can understand the person I am speaking to.

Accountcentralonline has always had its weak points, but this stupid hub page is just another hinderence to doing business and reflects the ignorance and inconsideration of many of those in power at HSBC. I'm leaving as soon as possible.

I agree so much with all of the comments above! I thought this would be a good way to get my monthly bill paid without using expensive stamps but already just to sign in, I can't sign in with my e-mail address! They have the "drop down" menu to click and Charter is not even included. What a waste of time!

I have contacted the attorney general for the state of Missouri on this company. A fraud was committed on my account and they would not do anything but keep on billing me for this fraud. Have written numerous letters to no avail.

I have an honest question, looking for an honest answer. I requested a crwedit card through you people. I have just recieved a bill for 15.00 due on the 03/26/08. Where is the credit card ?? Why should I pay 15.00 for something that I do not have in my possession ? When I see the card in my hands, I will then make the payment. If I don't have a card, I don't have a bill.
