NOTICE: TrixiePixGraphics / FakeNewspapers.com was sold on December 28, 2009. This page is hosted by the original owners and creators of that business. While we owned that business we were largely prevented from disseminating personal information about dishonest customers and the details of their fraud or fraud attempts. Now that we are no longer connected with the company or the credit card companies, we can say what we REALLY think of customers who tried to steal from us. This page should be completed by around the middle of March, 2010.

Blocked Customer List (scroll down)

Sample Case HERE

If your name appears on this list, you may never order from TrixiePixieGraphics / FakeNewspapers again.

The following instances involve outright Paypal fraud -- this is where a customer places an order, signs for the delivery of that order, then, a few weeks or a few months later, tries to claim they never placed said order. In such cases we verify the IP address of the customer's computer, we verify their signature and address, and we determine beyond all doubt that, indeed, that customer DID place the order and DID receive the goods. In most cases we are able to either keep the money we earned, or get it back through the credit card processor. In some cases, some minute technicality in the credit card processing system will prevent us from keeping or retrieving what we earned. Regardless of whether we ultimately got ripped off or not, the customer responsible will never enjoy our products again. And if that customer tries to have a friend order from us on their behalf, our system will still flag their name on the personalization form and cancel the order.

In every single case of fraud we file a criminal complaint against the fraudster. In some cases we're able to actually get criminal charges filed and the thief goes to jail; in some cases not. But even in the latter scenario, the complaint stays on file against that individual forever. All complaints are routed to the fraudster's own local police department, and also to the FBI, since almost all such fraud is committed across state lines. That makes it a Felony.

As time allows we'll post the personalization forms that were submitted to us for each fraudulent order, and we'll post not only the names you see below, but ALL information we have on file about the criminals who have defrauded us (stolen money from us), or who have attempted to. That data will remain posted publicly for the rest of those peoples' lives, for the rest of their friends' lives, and for the rest of their childrens' lives, for all the world to see. We're sick of thieves. It's not politically correct to simply kill them these days, but we can sure as hell expose them. While a fraudster might use a stolen ID to place a bogus order, they will always use their own name to personalize the product they want to steal. We are currently aware of no cases where the name on the personalization form differs from the name on the credit card that was used. And in EVERY SINGLE CASE, the recipient of the product signed for the delivery, yet when we go back to demand the return of that unpaid-for product, we're told in every single case that no delivery was accepted at that address. Remember, WE HAVE THEIR SIGNATURES!

In a few of the cases shown below, we may have blocked the customer not for outright fraud or theft, but simply because they were too problematic to do business with. Those cases are very rare, and it's safe to say that 99.5% of the cases shown below involve customers who simply defrauded us on purpose. Even if a fraudster used someone's stolen credit card, we can't take the chance of accepting that card or any other card in that person's name, again.

The reason you're barred is moot -- the fact remains that if you're on this list (and we have your addresses on file for verification), you will never order from us again, and if you try, we will add another criminal complaint to your FBI file. This list represents about 20% of the blocked customers we have on file; we'll complete the list as time allows.

Do you notice a pattern in this list? Nearly every single case of fraud involves fake pregnancy items. While there's a class of decent, honest customer who appreciates the humor of these gags, the majority of sales go to the world's bottom-feeders. For this reason we are selling off this line of products to a company not even remotely as nice as we are when it comes to dealing with shysters and thieves.

NOTE: Three of the women depicted below actually conspired together as a group, to collectively defraud us. We are paying particular attention to their cases and we will do whatever is necessary, for as long as it takes, to bring criminal charges against them and eventually see them do jail time. All three know who they are. We will never rest until we nail them. Their complete and unabridged files will become "extremely public" at the appropriate time in the future.

Trixiepixgraphics.com posted personal details about me on their website because I emailed them with a question about my order. They grew disproportionately irate and instantly blocked my IP address and email address. Do not order from this company. Although I did eventually receive the product and it was satisfactory, the owner thrives on harrassing customers and posting false information about them.

Title: Second Worst Customer We've Ever Encountered
SUBMITTED: Saturday, December 26, 2009

This is a customer who has conspired (documented) with one Maegan Poland of Santa Monica, California, who has filed the other complaint against us on this website using the fictitious name of "Cory". Both complaints were filed nearly three years ago, but since RipOffReports doesn't see fit to see to it that any company is notified of any complaint, this is the first we've heard of it (end of 2009). This customer's name is actually "EILEEN MCDERMOTT", from New York city. She had ordered a fake newspaper. The order was immediately processed, printed and shipped. She was sent the tracking number. Immediately upon receiving her tracking number she emailed us to lament that we "must be thieves" because, in her opinion, no business could ever process an order so quickly. We assured her that we were most assuredly not thieves, and that her order would arrive early, exactly as her tracking number indicated, and would be perfect. So she replied to insult us even more. We endured several more exchanges like this, but finally we'd had enough and we blocked her from contacting us again, and from ordering again (ever). In response, she opened a new email account to further harass us. We threatened a criminal complaint and civil action -- she countered by telling us she had every right to harass us as much as she desired, and that nothing we could ever do would stop her. We then filed a criminal complaint with her local police department, which became a public document, and that seemed to have settled her down. She did receive her product, early, and perfectly made, which she admits to in her complaint. So what, then, IS her complaint? She was, in our view, simply a nasty, insulting New York broad (our choice of adjectives here is conscious and considered), and she has been accustomed, her entire life, to being rude, obnoxious and insulting (we call it "The New York Syndrome"). She was amazed and incensed, then, when someone (us) stood up to her outrageous attitude. THAT is the essence of her beef. We strive to do business with decent human beings. We will not do business with, nor tolerate contact from, society's pigs. We have no more-polite assessment of this woman than that. She remains our second worst customer ever, in 12 full years of online sales and nearly 30 years of direct retail sales. She is second only to her co-conspirator who filed the other complaint on this website. These two women caused these problems within about two days of each other, and have been causing problems ever since. We will never knuckle-under for this type of behavior. We will always meet it head-on. Every interaction we have with every customer is posted publicly in our question and answer forum, available by link from every one of our 2800+ web pages. Note: The only customer who we ever considered to be nearly as bad as either of these two is now in a mental institution for the criminally insane.

Fake Newspaper

Submitted to Ripoff Reports: Saturday, July 21, 2007

When I was still waiting on an order, I noticed that trixiepixgraphics.com posted correspondence regarding one customer that they claim harrassed them. I have no idea what the validity of these claims are, but I found the posting to be unprofessional. What's more, after my own experience with them, I would not be surprised if the woman they claimed harrassed them had an experience similar to mine.

I ordered a fake gag newspaper that needed to look professional. When I got it, the top front page headline had been hyphenated. In my experience, only high school and tiny local newspapers ever do this on the front page. In fact, to make sure it wasn't all in my imagination, I looked up newspaper guidelines at various key newspapers and discovered that hyphenating a headline is a big mistake. I emailed trixiepix and merely stated that the hyphenated headline was not realistic looking. Would there be any way to reprint it without the hyphenation? They responded with a definitive no. They would never reprint something like that. I then emailed back and simply stated that: I've never seen a hyphenated headline before. I had four more orders I needed but I'll have to take those elsewhere.

Here is the entirely unprovoked response that trixiepixgraphics sent me:

"Now, CEASE AND DESIST. We've had enough of you."

Needless to say, I was horrified by the rudeness, expecially since these were the people who had already taken 60 dollars of mine regardless of whether or not the product was of their promised quality. They blocked my IP address, so this was my last interaction with them. Like angry kids, they hurled an insult at me before slamming the door. And they took my money. I did nothing to provoke or merit this sort of behavior. And I can't believe that they would find it acceptable to behave in this way.

When the other woman on their website reported them to the BBB, they sent a letter claiming that she had harrassed them to her local policemen. I have to wonder now if trixiepicsgraphics was accurate in making this claim, or if they are just rude incompetent business owners who like to terrorize their unsatisfied customers.

Rebuttal by TrixiePixGraphics.com, filed with Ripoff Reports on this date:

We see that this complaint was filed in 2007. We were not aware of it until now (end of 2009). We do remember this customer well; she remains the worst customer we have ever encountered, in 12 years of online sales and nearly 30 years of traditional sales. First, her amount was not $60 as she states, it was $49.90, but that's neither here nor there. This woman placed an order for a fake newspaper. During that order process she was specifically and explicitly told, in writing, not to use words in the small headline field which would force a hyphenation. Here's the exact written warning that was supplied to her, cut and pasted directly from our records.

QUOTE: "Hyphenating a headline is "BAD". Unfortunately, we don't choose your headline -- YOU do. And we are loath to change it. Therefore, please consider how your headline might format itself if it's likely to be two lines. We have all kinds of tricks to avoid hyphenating a headline; we can stretch and squeeze the text, move words here and there, but in the end there MAY be times when there is simply no other choice but to hyphenate your headline. You can avoid this by being careful about composing your headline." END QUOTE

She utterly ignored this and submitted a headline which had to be hyphenated. When she received her newspaper she demanded that we reprint it without the hyphen, at our expense. Since that was impossible, we denied her request. She then filed three (3) nonsensical complaints with the Better Business Bureau, until THEY cut her off and refused to accept any more complaints. We blocked her from ordering from us again. She then filed a complaint with the California Dept. of Justice (!) and lied (not an opinion, it's a fact), saying we had threatened her. At that point we served her with a no-contact order, and filed a criminal complaint against her for harassment and for lying to the Dept. of Justice. We have not heard from her since, but she remains prominent among memories we'd like to purge from our consciousness. She has been posting things like this for two and a half years now, all across the net, using whatever name she feels like at any given moment. It is our opinion that she is mentally handicapped; there seems no other plausible explanation. ALL interactions with ALL customers are done through our public forum. You may peruse that database at any time by going to our home page and following the "Ask a Question" link. Every business will sooner or later pick up a nut-job like this. We're sorry that we have finally entered into the ranks of "the initiated". We're thoroughly disgusted by the mentality that acts as this woman has [Note that this woman used the ficticious name of "Cory" to post her complaint to Ripoff Reports. In fact her real name is Maegan Poland, of Santa Monica, California. She remains, to this day, the worst customer we have ever encountered.

This customer filed a dispute stating that she never received her order. When a customer files a formal dispute, it goes into our "credibility file" with Paypal. It takes us 30-60 minutes to dig up all the documents to dispute the dispute. It makes us angry as hell. And it causes you to be blocked from ordering us forever, as Jacqueline wabara has been blocked. Here's her comment which opened the dispute and set in motion all of this BS:

From Jacqueline Wabara to Paypal:
12/16/2009 09:29 PST - Buyer: I have not received the goods that were ordered over 3 weeks ago They were needed by today for a special party .Very Dissapointed

From TrixiePixieGraphics to Paypal:
This is absolutely outrageous and this customer has been placed on our public list of blocked customers. Her own local post office has been trying to deliver this to her since 8:26 am on DECEMBER 2nd!!!!!!!!!!!! This customer could not be bothered to contact us before filing this dispoute. She could not be bothered to even run the tracking number she was sent! Here it is AGAIN! CJ235222737US. We are so sick and bloody tired of customers who pull this kind of crap. It's ALWAYS the company's fauilt, right? Never, EVER the customer's fault. We're bloody sick and tired of it. This damned woman needs to go to her own local postal office and PICK UP HER ITEM -- assuming, that is, that they haven't shipped it back to us. This is a personalized item and cannot be restocked or resold. We are SO sick of this crap that we are fulling willing to retain an attorney in the UK and file suit against this customer in court, in the UK, and make it damned public, just to send a message to other customers who whould consider pulling such a stunt. We are really, truly, completely disgusted with this kind of nonsense. Please REVERSE this dispute immediately. We filled her order properly, we shipped it early, her own service has been trying to deliver it to her. We can do everything except FORCE these people to accept delivery of their orders. We simply have no way of doing that. We are really, really pissed. This entire account will be posted on our "Blocked Customer" page by the end of the day. This crap has GOT to stop. Contacting us politely would have cleared this up! Checking her own tracking number would have cleared this up! But this woman couldn't be bothered to do either! My GOD we are angry! Here is the detailed tracking data for the last time:

Attempted Delivery Abroad, December 02, 2009, 8:26 am, GREAT BRITAIN
At Foreign Delivery Unit, December 01, 2009, 11:53 pm, GREAT BRITAIN
Out of Foreign Customs, December 01, 2009, 12:00 pm, GREAT BRITAIN
International Dispatch, November 21, 2009, 3:27 am, ISC SAN FRANCISCO (USPS)
Electronic Shipping Info Received, November 17, 2009

The following was sent to Jacqueline Wabara on 12-16-09:

As a result of your fraudulent Paypal dispute, you have been blocked from ordering from us FOREVER. Your own postal service has tried to deliver your item beginning two weeks ago. If we have the SLIGHTEST problem getting our money back from Paypal, we will immediately hire an attorney in the UK and file a lawsuit against you for the disputed amount. We will also file charges of fraud against you.

Do not EVER try to order from us again.

Do not EVER try to contact us again for any reason. We will consider such contact a form of criminal harassment and we will INSTANTLY file a criminal complaint against you.

NO business needs or wants customers like you.

NOTE (12-20-09): This woman is apparently refusing to respond to Paypal's inquiry. That means our money is still frozen by Paypal. We're now beginning the proces of researching attorneys in the UK who are geographically close enough to this customer to file both a civil suit and attempted fraud complaints. She has been notified both by us and by Paypal that her order arrived on Dec. 2nd, yet she still will not release our funds. Few things in life enrage us like customers of this sort. If the file on this case becomes much larger we'll move it to a new, dedicated page of its own. By God this crap makes us angry.
