Please consider this a formal criminal complaint against one “Rhonda Larry”, now gracing your fine town with her presence as follows:
Name: Rhonda Larry

Country: United States

Ms. Larry did on or about 1-22-09 order from us a number of “fake pregnancy gag items”. This order, in the amount of $60.18, was delivered to the address above. Ms. Larry then almost immediately apparently lied to her credit card company and managed to get the charges reversed (she said she had cancelled the order when in fact she did not access our server in any way at any time). In either case, if she had cancelled the order, she would not have been entitled to keep the merchandise, which she has done to date. We contacted Ms. Larry several times but received no reply. We rebutted the chargeback but the chargeback processing company, being almost completely incompetent, claims we did not submit the rebuttal in time to qualify for the return of our funds. We are fighting that in a separate civil action against the chargeback processer, since this is an on-going problem over many years with that company.
The bottom line is that Ms. Larry apparently lied to her card company in order to not have to pay for the goods she ordered and received. As it stands, she now owes us $60.18 plus a $65 fraudulent chargeback fee. We’ll do our best to collect.
All of this would have been bad enough, except that this same woman recently placed two more orders from us, both of which were delivered to her address and signed for, and she then, again, filed two more chargebacks claiming that her card had been stolen and that the purchases were made fraudulently. We are fighting those two chargebacks now, each for about $100.
It’s clear to us that this woman is trying to make a career of defrauding us. We want her stopped, and we want ALL of our money back. We will happily provide you with any documentation you need to prosecute this case; we see it as three separate instances of credit card fraud. We are willing to travel to Michigan at our expense to testify if needed. We’re sick of fraudsters. They’re killing us. This is all-out war.TrixiePixieGraphics.com
