We’re sorry you could not be bothered to respond to the complaint sent to you many months ago, nor could you muster the simple professionalism or honor to adhere to the law re the following requests. This letter serves to reiterate those requests, and to make sure we have dotted every “i” and crossed every “t” before filing a public lawsuit against your office. You have ten (10) working days to furnish the information requested below. Your behavior is serving only to prove our estimations of you correct---namely, that your department is petty, unlawful, and incompetent.

Pursuant to the Public Disclosure Act, RCW Chapter 42.17, we herewith request the name(s) of any and all clerks who did or may have handled or been responsible for mailing parking citation #24014706-6 on 10-7-02 or within a week to ten days after that.
